Once the order is placed, the Easy Perpetual Master Plaque or Plaque-set is shipped within 10 business days along with any engraved plate orders.

When ordering additional plates, simply visit www.easyperpetual.com. Enter the ID code located on the back of your Master Plaque.

The website will automatically bring up your order with the remaining plates on your plaque. Simply enter what you want engraved on the plate(s) and the plates will be mailed to you within 3-7 business days.
